Refund policy


You may return any item purchased from www.rae-antwerp.com within 14 days, starting from the day after you received your order with the exception of the Archive Sale (No returns, Exchanges or Refunds possible)

You may choose between:

  • A cash refund, or

  • Store credit

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, colour, etc., we'd recommend to pick store credit and place a new order using that store credit.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in new condition.

  • The RAE Antwerp garment tag must be attached.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • The item must be complete (including all accessories such as belts, if applicable).

  • The item must be securely packaged in a sturdy box to avoid damage during transport.

Archive sales are final sale, no refunds or exchanges allowed for these orders.

How to return

Returns are made at your own expense. You may use the return label provided via our portal: https://rae-antwerp.shipping-portal.com/rp/ 

Once your return arrives and meets the conditions above, we will process your refund or issue store credit. Refunds are only made once the goods have been received by us.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
